GCE registration, in the system that already holds the student
Registering a class for the Cameroon GCE means collecting subject choices from families, pricing each entry correctly, taking the money, and reconciling it. EduOnPoint does that where the students already are.
How a session runs
The school opens a session
Ordinary or Advanced Level, with the registration window and the fee scale for that year. Amounts live in the database, not in the code, because the Board revises them by circular and a school on an old build must still be able to charge the new scale.
The parent enters their own child
They see the children they have in an examination class, the subjects available at that level, and the fee changing as they tick. The bursary never types a family's subject choices.
The Board's rules are checked on the server
The form checks them as you tick, and the server checks them again on submission. A crafted request is refused the same way a wrong click is.
Payment by Mobile Money
With no MoMo credentials configured, EduOnPoint creates the payment reference and the USSD instructions, and the entry stays awaiting payment until somebody with the right permission confirms the money arrived. It never claims a payment it has not seen, and confirming twice does not credit twice.
Confirmation and the candidate number
The bursary confirms the entry and records the candidate number the Board issues. The family is told at every step in their portal inbox, with a WhatsApp copy queued alongside.

What this does not do yet
There is no live Mobile Money connection. A driver for the MTN Collection API is written and has never run against real credentials; the default confirms payments by hand.
The subject codes shipped with the catalogue are placeholders, not official Board codes. Replace them from the current circular before filing real entries.
EduOnPoint does not file entries with the Board for you. It gets your school to the point of filing them with the arithmetic already correct.
Set up your school and look around
Registration creates an empty school that only you can see. Nothing is shared with any other school on the platform, and there is nothing to cancel.
